Quality is our #1 priority when we craft our mattresses. Still, we realize that sometimes things can go wrong. We include a limited warranty with most of our products. You can read the full details of your warranty on the warranty card that came with your mattress.
Not every issue is a warranty claim. The retail store where you purchased your mattress should be your first point of contact. If the retailer cannot provide service for you or you can’t reach your retailer, please complete this form and someone from our team will contact you to discuss the issue.
